8 Week Program- “I competed, now what?”
This program is for fitness competitors transitioning from competition prep to “regular life”. It can be extremely disorienting and downright confusing to make that switch from competing to simply living. Binge eating is very prevalent in this transition period, and can also feel the “post show blues”- aka a period of sadness or feeling lost after competing in a show.
This program will walk you through the steps from following a strict meal plan and workout regime, to now eating for fuel AND for fun. I will help you make that transition easier, feel less scary, and receive support and communication throughout the process.
8 Weeks of 1:1 Coaching sessions- once a week, virtual, 60 minutes
Goal setting throughout the week and continuous communication throughout the program. We will set goals to transition from a meal plan to a less structured way of eating and exercising, finding the balance our bodies crave.
