What does 1:1 coaching look like?

1:1 coaching includes weekly virtual calls with me to discuss goals, progress, and learn tools to heal your relationship with food and yourself.

What other things do you incorporate into your coaching?

I believe true wellness involves mind, body, and spirit. I am different from other coaches in that I focus on all aspects of the whole self: physical, mental, and spiritual. We will talk about God in our sessions, and how wellness is just as much a spiritual concept as a physical one. We also will discuss mental barriers to wellness, and learn mindset tools and skills to incorporate into your daily life.

Can I continue with coaching long-term?

Absolutely. While the goal of my program is to teach you skills that will allow you to flourish on your own, coaching is a vital tool for all experience levels. Long-term coaching is a beneficial asset to your wellness and mental health journey.

Will I have access to you outside of our weekly virtual calls?

Yes. I am available through email communication throughout the week; you do not need to wait for your weekly coaching call to communicate with me.
