My vision and philosophy

True wellness includes mind, body, and spirit. When you only focus on the physical, you are missing out on what it means to be whole. I want to show people there is a better, healthier way to eat and live, and this is easier than you think. I believe that God created the blueprint for us to live, and my coaching focuses on cultivating a wholehearted way of being. This starts with healing your relationship with food.
